Myself and wife have literally just arrived home from a great trip to London. It was a very easy straight forward booking with westoe travel. I emailed them my choice of travelling date and times of Train's and they replied within an hour with my options for a Hotel, then I called and made the booking and paid over the phone.
As an Entertainer myself either a working performing trip to London or a family trip I honestly wouldn't book a trip to London with anyone else.

Just a quick email to say how much I appreciated the assistance I was given by one of your staff members, Alice. When booking a day trip to Bowness and Keswick recently. she went out of her way to make sure that I was on the same coach as my elderly aunt who was also on the trip. Because I booked late. only a few days before the excursion, I wasn't sure whether I would be able to get a seat on the same coach but Alice arranged it so that my wife and I were in the seats behind my aunt which made the trip so much more enjoyable. I'm about to go on our first ever family cruise , before going to Westoe travel I looked at Tui , Dawson and Hays, Westoe came out on top . It came down to the tentative personal care you feel , I'm a sceptic by nature , I've worked in the service industry for over 40 years and can be a very difficult customer, as I expect the best , we booked back in February and yesterday had a hard time using the cruises app when booking excursions, went to westoe travel spoke to Alice, and not only did she solve the problem immediately, she gave us brilliant advice on what to do and which excursions are best value for money, totally went above and beyond and TOTALLY changed me from being a sceptic to totally relaxed. Good morning. I booked a 3 day 2 night trip to London via yourselves with Harry Potter tour included for me and my daughter. I just wanted to say what an absolutely amazing time we had. You organised everything for us,all we had to do was collect our tickets and turn up in the right places at the right times. I requested an early train outgoing and later train coming home which you absolutely delivered. The coach collected us spot on to the Warner Bros Studio and again to bring us back. The tour itself was fantastic.
Our accommodation was perfect, so central and right next to the tube, theatre and bus stops and within 10 minute walks of places we wanted to be. It was also a lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff.
This was a present for my daughter which we had been looking forward to for months and it was absolutely perfect. Thank you so much for a brilliant, well organised break. I will definitely book again and have highly recommended you to everyone I know.

LIVERPOOL AND CHESTER
We returned from our trip yesterday.
Every train was exactly on time. Plenty of seats available and socially distanced. The hotel was in a great location, the continental breakfast included hot food, the staff were friendly and helpful. We felt they managed the Covid secure arrangements very well.
Chester was beautiful, and we were lucky enough to have sunshine for our day trip.
Thanks for including admission to The Beatles Story. It’s not somewhere I would have prioritised (so many places to pick from) but it really was well worth visiting. And of course it was uncrowded and leisurely.
We had a great few days, it was excellent value for money.

My wife and I wanted to go to New Zealand. We had never been there before. We first of all spoke to Graeme, who asked that we decide what we wanted to see. We then called into Westoe Travel, where Graeme spent a good hour going through tourist spots. Without his knowledge we would have come unstuck. We chose accommodation and trips through the company Anzcro. Prior to departure, we were given a book of vouchers, which we used for car hire, hotels, trips etc. We had transfers attending on time, all hotels were expecting us, everything went like clockwork. Graeme recommended Doubtful Sound, over the popular Milford Sound. We did a fantastic 24 hour trip, staying over night on a 75 passenger cruise ship, which was awesome. A “Top Tip” is to ensure you pre-book all your trips. People were turning up, for example, whale watching, to find the trip was fully booked.

"My wife, Jill and I, have just returned from a very special "retirement" holiday in New Zealand. We spoke to Graeme, who, using his extensive knowledge, helped us plan our itinerary. We used ANZCO, as the travel provider who arranged all of the accommodation. Prior to departure, we were provided with a book of 25 vouchers, for airport pick up, car rental, trips, rail journeys and hotels. Everything went like clockwork. This was our first trip to NZ, and if it wasn't so far away we'd be back tomorrow! Westoe Travel did an amazing job, and they come highly recommended."

We have just returned from a holiday organised by you with United Airlines to NYC San Francisco and Las Vegas (3 nights each) You added train and hotel in Edinburgh from Newcastle and the cost was most reasonable. We travelled to Newark Airport on 5th November 2018 and returned on 15th November.
Everything was great and we enjoyed every minute.

My sister booked a weekend trip to London for the two of us last weekend . We travelled by train from Newcastle upon Tyne and stayed in The President Hotel overlooking Russel Square for two nights and pre-booked tickets with yourselves as part of the break to see the Lion King while we were there.
May I say a big thank you for a first class hotel stay, good food and wonderful seats in the Lyceum Theatre the show was the icing on the cake. We both had a fabulous weekend and are still amazed at the value for money of this trip considering the standards we received.

We only chose 1 hotel out of them all (fairmont lake Louise) - the rest they chose for us.
each hotel was welcoming, comfortable and easy to find. Each hotel gave us a free bottle of wine / champagne / prosecco for our honeymoon. One hotel even upgraded our room type too.
Because of their experience in Canada themselves, they were able to give us directions and gave us specific details on trails, walkways, tea rooms, things to go, what to see. We even received a printed sheet (and website url) for bear sightings for the local area.
Everything we needed we received in a pack, in order. It was well presented, a few personal touches added too and came in a little travel wallet with everything together and room to store our passports. We kept it with us throughout the holiday and it was amazingly handy!
The holiday itself was fantastic, we came very close to a grizzly bear !
When we arrived home, there was a beautiful bouquet of flowers waiting for us from westoe travel too!

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Graeme, we had a great time in Edinburgh. The Hotel was excellent, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The two concierge were excellent, helpful, informative and very friendly. They showed us where everything was including the pool and gym which our two boys took advantage of.

I am Sophie 22 years of age with a diagnosis on the Autism Spectrum. I currently attend Autism Able and I am the learner representative on behalf of the young people involved in the group. I would just like to thank you for kindly donated prizes towards our raffle and event which has raised a total of £2052 at the Cluny event. This will help our project grow and will go towards equipment and activities that support our needs. Without your help and support this would not have been possible and we are all very grateful for your kindness.
The group has given me so much confidence with my singing and also interacting with new people which with having autism can be difficult but more importantly has helped me to believe when i have doubted myself. I now look forward to performing in front of others with my singing especially as part of the autism able singers It gives me a lot of focus and sense of belonging when I am struggling with a few things and also rehearsing every thursday brings us closer together in friendship and working as part of a team. Autism Able is not just a group for socialising.We are supported to make sure we overcome our difficulties and anxieties and learn new skills along the way. Thanks again for your kindness,

Hi, just sending this email to say thank you for organising a super break for us.
We rang on 24 June and asked if you could arrange anything for London for me and my husband for the following week.
Martin rang us back several times and got us booked in to the President Hotel at Russell Square from 30 June for 2 nights. As Wimbledon was starting, London was busy but he got us sorted anyway.
We had a great time, train from Sunderland was so convenient, hotel was great and we had a 3 course free evening meal, which was very impressive. Weather was fantastic, so we had a brilliant time.
Thank you so much. We were in need of a change of scenery and had a wonderful time. We really appreciate your efforts and hope to book another break with you later this year.

Mrs G. (London break. had booked for 104 people with Westoe Travel and they could not get home on Monday 28 October as storms prevented trains from operating. Westoe Travel arranged an extra night in the hotel and new seat reservations on the trains for all passengers at no extra cost)
Just to say a big "THANK YOU" for a great holiday!! We went on you 2 night rail break to London. The President Hotel (Russell Square) was central, a lovely area, good hotel plenty og hot water!! (essential!) and a great breakfast, best I've ever had in a hotel! The river trip too was an added bonus.
I could recommend this holiday to anyone. "Agents Excellence Award" is well deserved!!
So thank you so much - keep up the good work! We'll be back!!

My husband and I travelled by rail from Newcastle on 23rd July and returned home the following day. All arrangements were made by Westoe Travel, including tickets for the Pompeii and Herculaneum Exhibition at the British Museum. The Museum was only a few minutes walk from the President Hotel. Because of your organisation, we had a most enjoyable trip.

It was absolutely fantastic & a big thank you for all the tips and advice you gave me it made the holiday so much easier & enjoyable .
The hotel was fantastic & we loved going to downtown disney on an evening on the boat .
Stopping at the Universal hotel was another brilliant part of the holiday. It was well worth the money we paid because of the fast pass & the day we went to Islands of Adventure we had been on the Harry Potter ride by 8.15am as there was no queue & had the rest of the day to enjoy the park .
Afterwards we went back to the Lowes Pacific & our son played in the fantastic pool which they have which had loads of water cannons to squirt each other with .

We have just returned from a 4 day short break trip to Bruges on Eurostar which you organised for us. We have just returned from a Westoe Superbreak to London by rail 22-24 September. We would just like to thank you for your excellent administration and great value. The paperwork for the Houses of Parliament, the Leonardo da Vinci Exhibition and Buckingham Palace was flawless.
The enclosure of maps and relevant information was most helpful and the train seating excellent. The hotel was very comfortable and in an excellent location.
We are at a loss to know how you made any profit at all
