Itinerary
Day One

Early this morning our coach will collect you from your local pick-up point and carry you to the London area and your hotel. A Newmarket Tour Manager will be on hand to help you check in and answer any questions, and you'll then have the evening free to relax at your hotel.
Day Two

Enjoy a relaxed breakfast, then board the coach and head to Wimbledon for an unforgettable day of championships tennis. Enjoy the action and the atmosphere on court and off until play stops for the day, then return to the coach for the journey back to your hotel.
Day Three

Today brings another taste of British tradition as we head to Royal Windsor. Spend the morning exploring the shops, lanes, tea rooms and cafes of this delightful riverside town, or head to Windsor Castle to see the State Apartments, special exhibitions and Queen Mary's Dolls' House - an astonishing miniature replica of an aristocratic home.

We'll begin our journey home in the afternoon, and should arrive back at your original pick-up by late evening.

Further Information
Coach seating arrangements

Your Tour Manager will have allocated seats for you on the main coach in advance, taking into consideration any special requests wherever possible, and will advise you where to sit as you board the coach. This will be your seat for the duration of the tour. (Seats are not allocated on any connecting services to and from the main coach.)
Joining your holiday

Your final travel documents, including the exact time and place of departure, will be sent to you approximately 10 days prior to departure, providing all payments have been made. We are unable to give exact departure times before this.
Meal arrangements

Where meals are not included, your Tour Manager will ensure there are suitable stops made for you to purchase and enjoy lunch and/or dinner each day.
Special requirements

If you have notified us of any special requirements, please check that they have been noted and acknowledged. This is especially important with any dietary needs you may have.
Access at Wimbledon

Negotiating the large Wimbledon site, which covers more than 40 acres in total, may be physically challenging. We therefore recommend that those with a significant disability and/or those using a wheelchair are accompanied by an able-bodied helper. We do offer a limited number of wheelchair spaces on No. 1 Court which, if required, should be requested at the time of booking. (Please note that you must provide your own wheelchair).
Rain-affected play

In the event that there is less than one hour's play on any day on the court for which tickets have been bought, you will receive a ticket price refund but you would not be entitled to any other refund payment
